What forms of payment are accepted?
American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay are all accepted forms of payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Our fulfillment system is set up to process quickly so that our customers receive their products as soon as possible. Because of this, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.
Can I only purchase products through the website?
Yes, Howl products are only available at www.ShopHowl.com
How long does it take my order to process before it is shipped?
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process before it is shipped. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will process the following business day.
What shipping options are available?
We offer standard domestic shipping via UPS. Orders are delivered within 3 - 4 business days once they have shipped. When we are not offering complimentary shipping, the following shipping and handling rates apply:
- $9.99 flat fee for all U.S. orders
- International shipping options will be available soon
How do I track my order?
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment status on the UPS website. We will also send you email updates when your order has left our fulfillment center, when it is out for delivery, and when it has been delivered.
My item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us here within 48 hours of recieving your order. Be sure to include your order number as well as photos of the damaged items. We will be happy to resolve the issue for you!
Please note that some items may solidify during shipping in cold weather. If they have, no need to worry as they are not harmed by cold or freezing temperatures. Allowing them to rise to room temperature will return them back to their normal state. If your Herb Infused Growth Oil still has some residual cloudiness after coming to room temperature, you may completely clarify it by placing the glass bottle in warm water. Please avoid using extremely hot water, as this could affect its quality.
What if my package has been lost or stolen?
Howl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event that your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim with UPS here.
